No problem! If you exceed your package’s hours, we apply a $5 premium to your effective hourly rate for overages. If you find yourself consistently using overage hours, it might be more cost-effective to increase your plan. Our Client Success team is ready to assist in adjusting your package to better fit your needs.
What's your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is straightforward: You can cancel your subscription at any time, provided you give us 30 days’ written notice (equivalent to one full billing cycle) before your next billing date. For further information, please refer to our Terms and Service.
